We want you to be happy with your Pro subscription. If something went wrong, we'll make it right. Here's how refunds work.
If you subscribed to Pro or Pro Annual and aren't satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date — no questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and are generally not issued for change-of-mind. We do issue refunds for technical issues where the service was not available.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) via Razorpay. Bank processing times may vary (typically 5–7 business days after we initiate).
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account → Subscription in the app. Cancellation stops future billing. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period — we don't cut access early.
Cancellation is not the same as a refund. If you want a refund for the current period, you need to request it explicitly (see above).
For Pro Annual, refunds within 7 days of purchase are full refunds. After that, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the year. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the annual period ends.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the NewsBuster.AI service was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we'll either issue a refund or extend your subscription — whichever you prefer. Email us and we'll sort it out.
