By downloading the NewsBuster.AI app or using this website, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be readable — please actually read them.
NewsBuster.AI is an AI-assisted fact-checking tool. We help you evaluate the credibility of news claims, viral forwards, and online content. Our verdicts are based on publicly available sources and AI analysis — they are informational, not legal or journalistic conclusions.
We are a tool to help you think, not a replacement for your judgement. A verdict of "REAL" does not mean a claim is 100% accurate. A verdict of "FAKE" does not mean the claim has no basis whatsoever. Always use your critical thinking.

We use third-party AI models and data sources. While we aim for accuracy, the output of AI systems can be incorrect, biased, or outdated. We continuously work to improve quality.
